Before your Coway is installed, our technician will run a site inspection to confirm your water supply meets the required parameters. This ensures your purifier works exactly as it should — from day one.
If your home is not eligible for installation, we’ll refund your advance payment in full within 5 working days — no questions asked.
Every Coway water purifier comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you’re on a Heart Service plan, your warranty extends throughout your entire service period.
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. Coway will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to you.
Physical damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, non-genuine Coway filters, natural disasters, pest damage, or failure to maintain the product as recommended.
Your Coway is built to last — but like any precision appliance, it performs best when used correctly. Here’s what to keep in mind day to day.
Avoid touching the faucet tip with hands, mouth, or used cups. Wipe it with a clean dry cloth once a week.
If unused for 3 or more days, flush ambient and cold water for 3 minutes before drinking.
